About Us

Used Car Dealership in South Hackensack, NJ, on Route 46

Maggio Motors is an independent used car dealership at 419 US-46 in South Hackensack, New Jersey. We sell pre-owned cars, SUVs and pickup trucks to Bergen County drivers from a lot you can see from Route 46, and we're open six days a week. The dealership is family-owned and run by a small team that's here every day. We're not a franchise store with a showroom full of salespeople. When you call (201) 426-0887, the person who picks up can tell you whether the car is still here, what the Carfax says, and what it costs to drive it home.

What's on the lot

Our inventory is hand-picked, not auction overflow. We stock late-model pre-owned sedans, SUVs, and pickup trucks from Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Jeep, Mazda, Volkswagen and Hyundai, with an emphasis on low mileage, clean history and one-owner cars.

Every vehicle is listed online with its price, mileage, VIN, full photo set and a free Carfax vehicle history report, so you can review it before you visit. What you see on the website is what's on the lot.

Every car is inspected before it's listed

Every car is inspected before it goes up for sale. We check the brakes, tires and fluids, pull the diagnostic codes, and road-test it. If a car needs work, we'd rather fix it or pass on it than sell it to you and hear about it later.

Financing for good credit, bad credit and first-time buyers

You can pre-qualify online through Capital One with no effect on your credit score and see real monthly payments on any car in our inventory before you visit. We also work with Westlake Financial, Ally, Credit Acceptance, Anchored Finance and other banks, so a thin credit file, a past bankruptcy or a first car loan doesn't end the conversation. It just changes which lender we call.

Bring a driver's license, proof of income and proof of residence.

We buy cars, and we take trade-ins

Bring your car and the title and we'll make an offer on the spot, whether or not you're buying from us. A trade-in comes straight off the price of your next car. You can start at our Sell My Car page or just pull onto the lot.

Frequently asked questions

Do you finance bad credit or first-time buyers?

Can I test drive without an appointment?

Yes. Walk in any day Monday through Saturday between 9 AM and 7 PM. Bring your license.

Do you deliver cars?

Yes. Ask about delivery when you call.

Will you buy my car if I'm not buying one from you?

Yes. Bring the car and the title and we'll make an offer the same day.

How do I know the car's history?

Every car on our lot has a free Carfax report linked from its listing, and every car gets a brake, tire, fluid and diagnostic check plus a road test before it's listed.
